sweet imo though it should have been right around $35-$38k as it really is more like a stripper model gt just with more hp better brakes&suspension

essentially, a GT500 is "just a GT with more hp, better brakes and suspension"...

I figured it would be around $40,000 too. I ended up ordering one yesterday. Paying MSRP for it which is a little more than I was hoping for. Got the optional recaros and axle plus the car cover and floor mats. Supposed to be delivered by begining of April. Should be fun to drive though!
