Now does it look more like a gold in person or yellow? It looks more like gold to me in most of the pictures. I hate yellow, but I love gold, go figure. I thought if nothing else it should be the rarest color at least.

I can tell you it depends on the light. during the day I think its a little more gold...at night, its more yellow. and depending on street lights, parking lot lights it will change quite a bit. (I like it)

+1!! And to how close/far from it you are can make it look different as well. At different distances I pick up orange in it..

My Mom has a 2012 Focus with this color and its awesome!!! but...... first week she had it a rock chipped the window and the window guy that sealed the chip arrived and right off the bat goes "that sure is a horrible color"....... he got an ear full when dad got home! (one of those days i wish i was back home! lol mom was laughing telling me the story)

It definitely grows on ya. At first I didn't even pay it any attention on the lot because it was yellow. After seeing it from different angles and then in different light, it's pretty cool. goes from a light yellow gold to a darker yellow orange.

This color isn't much stock, but IMO with a little contrast (black, bronze, gray) anything would really set this color off.
