Default What is the greatest special edition Mustang of all time?

Howdy MF'ers!

I recently had a thread going that asked the members what they thought was the best special edition Mustang of all time. We got tons of responses but a handful of these rare Mustangs got the nod from multiple members so I wanted to put it before a vote with the top ten Mustangs that were mentioned in that thread. There are lots of models from companies like Roush, Saleen, Steeda, Shelby American and more but I wanted to stick with Mustangs sold by Ford - not tuning companies with post-title packages.

These are the Mustangs nominated as being the best special edition Mustang models of all time:

1965 Shelby GT350
1969 Boss 302
1993 SVT Cobra
2000 SVT Cobra R
2003-2004 Mach 1
2003-2004 SVT Cobra “Terminator”
2007 Shelby GT
2008 Bullitt Mustang
2008 GT500KR
2012 Boss 302

Members are welcome to post information that they might have about these Mustangs but lets not have a bunch of "where is this model"...and please make your selection in the poll atop this post! Notice, you can vote for more than one Mustang but please dont vote for all of them - vote for the Mustangs that you think deserve the title of the best special edition Mustang of all time!

personaly I feel the gt 350 was the most important of all the special editions because it showed the potential of the mustang. My personal fav is a tie between the "termi" and the 01 bullitt

It was between the '69 Boss 302 and the Termi for me. But had to go with my all time favorite, the 03/04 Cobra. That's one car that even if you hate Ford, you have to respect and IMO helped turn around Ford's dry spell

I went with the termi' but if it were up there I would've picked the 1970 Boss 429...that's one amazing stang! I also am a huge fan of the '01 Bullitt!

There are so many vehicles in the world. So It is the improvement of modern technology. You have to buy a brand new vehicle to your own.....

Does the new Boss 302 really not have an oil pressure gauge or volt meter?
