Default General Questions

I have a 67 mustang and i am having trouble with the car running properly. I installed a MSD ignitions system with the blaster ss, distributor and wires. after the timing is off and we noticed that to keep the engine running like it was supposed to i had to keep the key to the ignition position and when it let off to the run postion it was only drawing half the voltage needed to run correctly. We have replaced the starter cyloniod, the ignition switch and checked to make sure the blaster ss was installed correctly and all were fine. So i am clueless on where to go. I want to be able to do this all on my own since it was my dads car and he passed away a year ago.

Any help would be awesome!

Thanks!

Have you double checked all the wires and connectors?

A Haynes/Chilton book is good if you want to do most repairs on your car.
