Guys and Girls,

Well while waiting on my turn at the paint shop i ordered a new front bumper for the 96 cobra. It arrived in the box and sat here in the cave till last week when the shop said Let's Go! so I took the car and the bumper over, and received a call yesterday from shop owner. First let me say he had several of his cars at the SEMA show in Vegas this year, so he is not a fly by night kinda guy. He said the bumper cracked on the side when mounting it. He went on to say, this bumper of Urethane should not be like that. He has seen a few...So I took pictures and sent them to ABC and followed it up with a call. Basically they said Fix it! The paint guy said he could but would not trust it for future. I asked about a return for either a refund or exchange..they said oh no since it has been 30 days ....have a nice day! not saying ..so decide for yourselves.

I bought the ABC Exclusive Cobra R hood for my 89 and when I had my car painted the painter whose been in business for over 50 years said it was one of the straightest and easiest prepped fiberglass hood he's seen in years, and made his job a lot easier.
That was over 12 years ago and the hood still fits and looks fantastic.

Yes I agree, looks good. I understand their fiberglass hoods and trunks are excellent. I was very disappointed at their response to my problem. I have done some additional research and have found they may have some issues with the urethane products. So bumper buyers beware..BTW I also bought a set of side pipe covers they are excellent but fiberglass.
