For those who don't know this yet, the 2015 Mustang will have a new feature called "line lock". Essentially, what this feature does is make you the king of burnouts. The line lock is actually from the world of drag racing, where a car will pull up to the box, do a burnout to heat the tires properly, and then proceed to the race. Essentially the line lock feature transfers all the braking force to the front wheels while allowing you to rip a sick burnout for as long as you want or in reality to get your tires nice and sticky. It is a great feature for people who want to take their new pony to the strip. However, Ford has come out and said that if you use this feature for how it's meant to be used, you will void your warranty. Therefore, in reality Ford has put a racing feature on the Mustang that can't be used for racing. For those of you crying foul or swearing at your computers, don't get too upset just yet. There are a few ways around it.
