I have a ‘66 Gt with original 289. I am recently upgrading the carb and ignition system and went to remove the distributor and it is seized into the block. It is aluminum so I was able to break away most of it but now I have the rind from the distributor stuck inside the block itself and the whole distributor shaft is still stuff in the motor. Anybody else very have this issue and have a solution besides pulling the motor and bearing it out from the underside?
