The pics they have are photochop of the GT-R concept. They don't even have that body kit ready yet........how are they sellin a car with it on already? And I KNOW they don't have a complete rearend kit like the GT-R in that photochop has. It may not be 100% BS, but they are definitely advertising a mustang that will not look like the finished product (probably).

I think what theyr doing is selling the right to be one of the first to own it. The 60k price tag was the amount above msrp for the car. Iv seen it dont for the new GT500 too, although its more like 15-20k over msrp. theyr not actually selling the car now, theyr just saying that the day it comes out you have one waiting for you.
