I was actually behind both cars and the guy in the $85K Porsche couldn't pull past my bud's T/A. All the T/A has is tuning, suspension and CAI.

Yeah, it's an LS1 Trans Am of course and like the garden variety LS1, a beast on the highway... Bet the Porsche owner wished he purchased the 911 Turbo instead, LOL...

Yes, I would like to see what that camaro does when it comes to a corner. It'll beat the porche in the straights, but the porche's 4s 4wd will leave the camaro long gone in the twisties, it's what it was designed for.

I don't think the Porsche was racing, it looked (and sounded) like he was just driving down the road to me. Reminds me of the infamous Prius thread where those guys were boasting about beating Mustangs & Ferraris.

LOL... The video was pretty lame, but the point is made.

Open your ears, that Carrera was screaming by the Trans Am and the LS1 pulled it on top-end. The result would have been diffrent from a stop, but from a highway roll, not to many cars can take an LS1.

Its amazing how some of us can't admit that...
