Yes I can believe it. Its a 4 cylinder on 22psi and around 2500lbs going faster than a v8 on 10lbs that weighs 4000lbs....[sm=happy046.gif]

the srt is more like 3000 pounds wit a driver... and the person in the shelby couldnt drive.... cause my dads srt-8 kept up wit his friends big turbo srt and there was 4 ppl in the srt-8

What...that a neon raped a shelby?

I dont see why people find this so hard to believe. IF A SRT4 RACES FROM A ROLL, IT IS HELLA FAST. In the races against the shelby, the 3000 lb neon's huge *** 50trim was already spooled up. If the raced from a dig, the 2-ton-plus shelby would get it off the line then be ***-fudged in about 8 seconds. It weighs a ****ton and the srt weighs relativly nothing. The svt cobra did a pretty good job in my opinion.

And whats with all the hating on the srt4. Sure, I'd rather pull up to valet in a 50000 mustang but we all cant afford that. A 20000 neon with 5000-8000 in powertrain work....talk about bang for the buck. They are very reliable, and who cares if its still a neon?

Its still a Neon. Its way lighter than the Shelby and rolling race at a pretty good speed = 22psi Neon owns. Now if you race a REAL race from a stop, 1/4 mile fashion, the Terminator would eat that Neon up allll ****in day Terminator > Neon, nuff said.
