For the SRT haters ...
Just saw this and thought it was pretty impressive. And before anyone says it, any make or model can break an input shaft on a stock transmission when your making 700 ponies (not a missprint) ...http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...oid=1800291700

ams has some sick stuff and don't do bargain build ups ($$$)...so should i go find you a vid of a 80's toyota corrola making 500+whp beating c6 z06's[8D]the srt neon is a quick car stock...most people here are aware many cars can be made very fast and it takes money to go fast. who's hating? i would think it's not very smart of ams to sponsor/condonestreet racing with their work (ie logo etc in vid not just "ams" built etc)....sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen to me[&:]

i don't hang around the SRT forums but I wonder, do they get alot of mustang posts on there with "Don't hate" anywhere in the topic or main body? Just curious? Its a quick car yes and more money in it will make it quicker. Are ya happy?

That car didn't have as much into it as a stock Z06. That would be $50000 in mods. That car had, MAYBE $10000 in mods, if it had a built motor. That car probably made around 450 to the wheels tops.Remember, all those races were from a 40 roll, the SRT's sweet spot, and the car only weighs 2800lbs. The turbo they had on that car wasn't even that big. You can get a T66 under the hood of an SRT-4 without a problem. My SRT made 440 to the wheels and kept up with a 750GSX-R from a 40 roll. You take away the traction problems these cars have from adigand they are deadly!!
