JEEZ!!! Best thing to do is just pause it and let it download. Its kinda slow even on my cable. Any ideas on how to fix it?

lower the bitrate & the sound quality. Im at 52% lol. what software? pinnacle right? go to the mpeg settings for making the video, make sure your making mpeg1 and set the bitrate to 500 and the sound quality to 128
