RX7 turbos are in the 99+ GT territory as far as 1/4 times, I believe non turbo RX7s are mid 15 second cars. All that Fox had was catback, so I'd venture to say it's a 14.8-15.1 car.
That RX7 wasn't turbo, but the owner thinks it's badass just because it's an RX7. He got schooled... on video no less.

well i used to own a rx7 like that that body style came all twin turbo i dont know whath the hell that guy was doing or what was wrong with his rx7 but those cars r quick either that rx7 driver was a fool and i dont what was with his car but the 5.0 was not stock than that rx7 would beat any stock gt. well with catback only on that gt.

the RX7 is turbo because every RX7 in that body style is turbo they never had a N/A RX7 those years all FD's = the newer body style has turbo, the only ones that are n/a are the FC's and they have both a turbo and non turbo rotary. so that Stang smoked the turbo RX7[&:]

LOL so what does a turbo rx7 like that run? Im sure he had some mods.. !! All 5.0 mustangs are capable of running 14s! Just some have automatics and 2.73 gears.So happens that guys coupe probally was a 5 speed and he could drive it. Ever since i have owned the 87-93 fox body styles all i have heard is how slow they are and what they should run in 1/4. Well let me say this for thr 500th time when my coupe was stock it ran 14.2 in 1/4 with crappy street tires. Also my FACTORY BONE STOCK 91 GT vert runs 14.6 @ 96 MPH and this was with really awful tires no joking. Thats why i enjoy smoking all the99 + GTs and LS1s i can get my hands on cause so much bull and bench racing is done it drives me nuts. IF you own a 5 speed/Mustang GT or LX 14s shouldnt be any problems unless you have mechanical problems of some kind. I love these cars cause for the price for mods and speed you get it cant be beat. Sure you can spend 15k on a newer something but lets face it all mustang GT run 14 something, even the 05 run 14s ,LOL!! 99 + ran 14s , the MACH1 ran 14s. Not saying they cant be made to run faster or the potential isnt there or even some guy went and bought tires and ran a miracle 13.9 but over all every mustang v-8 made from 85 up pretty much runs somewhere in the 14s. Sorry so long but really tired of people thinking that these cars are weaker or slower then every import or any other newer stang. Ok all done!!

HaHaHa! That dude got owned. I love the part where he's like "he says he not spraying but I am not buying it. Whats funny when they are looking for a nitrous bottle, around the seat WTF?
