Karma is a real b**** at times, who will bite you in the butt right after you’ve been a giant jerk, as this driver finds out the hard way.

Sounds like you could have a short somewhere. Or maybe something messed up in the clock spring/ steering column thinking of horn and indicators acting haywire.
Did you check if your battery cables are secure and tight?
