Macman thanks for the reply and for the compliment. I arrived at the number based on blue book values and also what I see similar cars on auto trader selling for. This car is very clean inside and out. No issues at all with this car. Its clean as can be underneath. You are correct the market does dictate price. I would be more than willing to entertain any fair offers.

Car is going to be sold this week to carmax if I have no success here. Again this is a 1 owner car with only 21,170 miles, adult owned. The mustang has a clean carfax/autocheck. No accidents or paintwork of any kind. I here a lot of people use the word babied, but this car truly was babied and always maintained. I am negotiable on my price but please only fair offers.

To be honest with you I am not certain what Carmax would offer I have not had them evaluate the car yet. I want to give it a week or so on the forums to see if I can sell to a fellow forum member, I hate to sell the car especially around this time of the year however I will be taking it down to Carmax at the end of the week to see if they can make a fair offer. I agree with you the market does dictate price. I have had several offers just falling shy of what I am looking to get. If I may ask are you personally interested in this car?
