the timing covers are off of a 2004 lincoln aviator (4.6L DOHC). it will be perfect for some one doing a DOHC swap on a budget. the only difference in the timing cover to the cobra timing cover is the belt routing. if you are looking for the timing cover off of the 03/04 cobra then no it will not work. im sure it could with some modifying and adding bosses on to the cover but there are no holes for the alt. brackets or the pulley bridge on it.
