Hello all.....I've decided to treat myself to a new vehicle this summer and I'm really hung up on the new mustangs.....is there anything I need to know prior to shopping for one???

When you look for a new Mustang, will you be looking for a V6 or V8? Automatic or manual transmission? Convertible or coupe? What are the options that you can pass on and what are the ones you can't live without? I can give better guidance if you give me a little more insight as to what you're looking for.

All you'd ever want to know is in the 2005/2006 section. The GT is hard to beat for the money. Welcome to the board.

There are a ton of options that you can get on the newer mustangs, so your best bet might be to look on ford's website and see what you can't live without and what you can.

Another good place to look is in our 05-06 section in the tech area... the owners there have all different types of stangs and can point you in the right direction.
