Default Hey everyone...

Came across this forum during a Google search. Everyone seems pretty cool, so I signed up. I have an '06 GT that I bought back in November. Mods so far... JLT intake, SCT tune, Steeda underdrives, SLP long tubes, off-road X-pipe and Magnaflow axle-backs. Hopefully I can get some kind of forced induction on this thing before the end of the year.

Here's a few pics:

Very hot. Forced induction? How many horsies do you need? It must be a real head snapper already.

She's quick, but there's nothing wrong with going a little faster. [sm=smiley16.gif]

Hey, I had a question (very nice car, by the way!). What are hood pins for? I know, it might be an obvious question, but I'm here to learn, and when you're learning there's no such thing as a stupid question

unless they are real, then no real purpose. It might be a better way to hold your hood on, or easier to take off. But i know you can buy fake ones.

okay so that didnt really answer your question. sorry

Actually, they're real. Hood pins were originally used in racing, usually on fiberglass hoods, to hold them down more securely. People thought they looked cool and started putting them on their own cars.

Nice ride, and welcome.

After 3 1/2 months, mine is due in next week. I ordered TR w/red Leather. I stopped at the dealer yesterday and they just got in a PW w/red leather. I fell in love instantly.

No way can I afford both, but now......... I'm not sure which one I like better. All of a sudden, I want that PW !!!
