Couldn't resist any longer
They were just too sexy. Had to buy a Mustang. Came to the dark side or left it? I dunno one of those. I've had a few cars before this beauty. Just before it actually a 98 Civic EX. Great gas mileage (considering today's current state) but if anything went wrong and I wanted to fix it... holy import fee batman! That and I'm a tall burly guy, Stang is a roomier and more comfortable ride.
I haven't registered or posted here for a while because I've just been spending my time here reading. Lurking. And there is a plethora of information on this site! I'll probably not need to post much at all as if anything arises I can more than likely just search for the info.
Though just from a week or so of looking around I almost wish I hadn't bought the V6PP and instead went for the GT. But really I laugh at F&F and don't expect to do much racing. So I chose a slightly more efficient route. Besides hard to argue with a car having only 10 miles on it

RE: Couldn't resist any longer
Welcome.
I bought a 2005 V6. One day, I said hell with this. I went out looking for a Gray Mustang. Ending up with a Torch Red. The beauty of that red just attracted me like a magnet. I always owned V6's but to get a new one without any problems was a dream. I have to admit I had problems with my credit years back and I was scared about not getting a loan. I have a house mortage and my wifes car loan so you can see why.But it took over night to get my Mustang in my driveway.
I enjoy driving it everyday. I don't race like others do. I do enjoy going fast. If anybody tells you that a V6 Mustang does not have power, their wrong.
The fastest I had mine up to was about 90mph. But thats just cruising not racing. It's a nice car with enough room.
My family and I live in Wilkes-Barre,PA and we are heading to Nashville,TN around July 22 for vacation. I am taking the Mustang for its first trip since I bought it. I figure its nice and comfortable. The air conditioning works great and my wife is pregnant with our 2nd child and she needs the air.
Welcome to the forums and have fun.
