I'll start off with I love mustangs. However I'm no mechanic but I like to learn. I recently picked up a '94 mustang v8 with a 5 spd transmission. The only thing that needs work is the transmission. The transmission grinds a little in 1st and 3rd and is very difficult in reverse. If anyone could help me with perhaps a point in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

hey welcome to the forums! I Agree go to the 5.0 section and we can help you out more there but from what you have said I beleve your syncros are going out in your trans which makes it grind and hard to get into gear and such and you pretty much need to get a new or rebuild your trans
