hey everyone new pics
i just want to say hi
i a m proud owner of a 1988 mustang lx it is in great cond. just bought and i changed plugs, wires, heater core, intake, rims, tires, new paint job, cleaning and painting interior, new brakes, new convertilble top, new seats, starter, new belts,and new clutch its seems like it runs good except off the line its like i have to floor it just to get it to go in first and some times it studders like crazy is this normal for a car my age or do i have to change the fuel filter. i am so glad i found aforum like this

Hey The best place to ask this question would be the 5.0 mustang section because they know alot over there. Yes i would change your fuel filter and see if that gives you any chance but if you want more pickup you should put a set of 410 gears in your rear end to give you your power quicker. BTW welcome to the forums!
