transmission problems after over heat?
hey there every one, I have a 1973 302, and not to long ago the radiator blew out on me, and it got a little hot. anyway, ever since then the car seems to have lost some power and the transmission has been feeling all screwy (sluggish, weak torque). the engine sounds fine, opens up ok and as far as i can tell the cylinder heads are fine too. my question was does this sound familiar with any one else, and does anyone have any ideas as to what could be going on? any help would be helpful.
