Welcome to the Forum. Lots of knowledgeable people very willing to offer advice in here. I've had every one of my questions answered so far.

Hey bossman, where bouts in Hot Springs do you live? I spent a few years in a little town just southwest from you by the name of Glenwood. That was from '88 - '91. The wife and I still go to Hot Springs every year for vacation. We always drive up to the top of West Mt. and do some hiking and we go to the Mid-America Museum. We always camp at Camp Charleton which is about halfway between Mt. Ida and Hot Springs. Lots of fun.

I know Charelton, Glenwood Mt. Ida and quite a few places around here. I live off of Hwy. 270 on the county line between Malvern and Hot Springs. My house is off of Hwy. 171. Do you spend any time at the lake when youre here? I used to live on Lake Hamilton growing up. I water skied every day during the hot months. Now I just work all the time. Next time youre down you should give me a holler. We can hit the drag races or something.

We never really spent much time at the lakes. We would go swimming at Lake Quachita every now and then. I was much more into the fishing, hiking, rock climbing, canoeing, and four wheelers then. We didn't have a boat or knew anyone who did, so no skiing to speak of. My sister went a few times. Can you believe that I've never been water skiing before? I'm going to be transferring to Spain for three years come February and the wife and I are planning on taking one last outing to the great state fo Arkansas before we leave. I'll be sure to look you up and take you up on hitting the drag races. Sounds like fun!
