Default Newbie From Missouri

Hello all! My name is Erik. i own an 89 Ford Mustang GT. im not sure what acutally came stock on 89 so im going to just say what all it has that i know of. GT "Luver" tail lights, 16" ponies, AOD, V8 5.0L, and unfortunetly it has been "ditched" and the font end is messed up but i can take it to Vo-Tech and get it fixed. It has a cool hood, its like a 2.5 cowl with these triangular cut outs in it. i should have pics later this week. its blue with grey 2tone with some things that need fixing (looks wise). it runs like a scalded *** ape. i just turned 18 in sept. this is my late b-day present. i am going to be attending Lincoln Tech in July. The mods that i plan on in the immeadiate future would be Flowmaster 40 series dual chambers w/ cutoffs

ok i found out that my car has MAF and did come stock with the lights and ponies, so i now know that... im still learning about foxbodies. my previous car was a 90 Honda Prelude 2.1 Si. it wasnt too bad but i got raped by all my friends (who own foxes) but before i could sell it, it unfortunetly blew on me (and it wasnt my fault) in fact i still dont know whats wrong with it 3 ASE mechanics told me "i have no clue what or how you broke it" so im going to take it apart and see if i cant see what broke. Im really happy about owning a mustang, i've always wanted one, now i have one. i should have pics up no later than thursday. most likly tonight.

Ok knowig that its stock and i am putting on FLows, what is another mod that is fairly cheap but does a noticable HP boost?

Gears will make a noticeable difference, if you are manual, go with 3.73's.

Ok i found out a little more now, it has 4.10s and its got a rebuilt 5.0 HO and AOD tranny. its a fun toy so far its been wrecked in the front i need to take it to Auto Body at Vo-Tech to get it on the frame machine. its bent, Eddie says its crunched about an inch in. its a well known car around here... im the first person to buy it after the previous owner, because everyone else is still mourning the previous owner... his name is Mike Jarrett. He was my cousin, i bought it to restore it in his memory. we had talked alot about how he wanted it, so im going to restore it how he wanted.
