Default New member intro!

Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello to all the members. My name is Frank and located in Staten Island, NY. I just purchased a '93 yellow and black feature car with 13k miles and a 5-speed. I've had 2 mustangs in the late '90s including a '90 GT and an '88 notchback putting about 420 to the wheels, and knew I'd return sooner our later. The hardest part of owning this mustang is deciding weather to keep it stock or mod it. Anyway, keep up the good work. [sm=icon_cheers.gif] I'm going to tke some pics today, and post them soon.

In '93 Ford made 2 special editiion cars besides the cobra. Ford called them Feature or summertime editions. The feature cars were convert. LX's and had monochormaic (I'm a horrible speller) paint schemes which included painting of all the moldings usually black on other converts, a rear wing instead of the trunk rack, the running horse stiched into the head rest, and also on the floor mats. Ford made 1500 triple white converts, which included matching white wheels, and 1503 yellow some with a white top and seats, and the others with black top and seats, and chrome pony wheels. Out of the 1503, there were 452 yellow and black 5-speeds made. Just some old time ford history!
