hey, im glad i found this forum.I have about $20K to spend and i was thinking about a 2004 black on black convertible GT. I wanted a 2005, but I think its out of my price range.

I live in boston, ive only looked for about a week or two and I dont know much about mustangs. All i know is that i have 20k to spend and i want to get the newest one for my money.

You really think i can find a

2005 GT black on black leather convertible for under 20k? I dont want it to have more than 40,000 miles though.

I also like the white on black.

The '04 & '05 are really two different beasts. Try to drive each beforehand so you can decide. The '05 is a better car in so many ways, but personally I like the shape and size of the '04 better. Plus you may find an '04 for <20K so you'll have a little extra $$$ for the personal touches.

I don't know why people are sdaying that I can easily find a 2005 GT convertible for under 20k. I have gone to many dealerships and Ive done online searches, they are all around 25k. I have a few dealerships looking for me if they find one for around 20k, but they tell me Im crazy.

Please, show me where to find one!

yeah around here u wouldnt find one for under 20k..u can get a 2005 v6 for that much!
