what to do 1st

i just bought a 2003 gt mustang, I wanna do mods to my car but i don't know what to do first. i was going to throw an exhaust in 3 inch piping without converters and resinator with either 3 inch tips or 4 inch tips..what should i do?

Other than exhaust, I'm the type to save for the most expensive upgrade first. My next addition is the roush charger, then I can do the less costly items as I go.
