New and need some feedback
Hello im new to this forum. Im thinking about buying a 93 lx. My last stang was an 88 gt.The 88 ran great but needed too much body work, so i sold it.That was 3 yr ago. Well i moved to az from chicago and i have the mustang fever again, I have found the 93 and theres not a spec of rust anywere.Theres alot of mods on this car already and a really nice set of billet wheels. The seller said engine was rebuilt and a new trans put in be4 he bought car, and clutch and a cable. The clutch lets out on the floor but goes into gear fine, i looked to adjust but the plastic quad wasnt there.Seller said he put a nappa cable on.Is seller lying about clutch and needs to be replaced? Also car used to have a super charger on it, is that bad? I drove car, it hauls a##. Car was real bumpy, and leaked oil from the main seal ,also car will need a new fender.Other then that car is in great shape. Some mods are flows ,bbk intake,410 gear,303 cam,5 lug conversion.Car is straight as an arrow ,has sunroof ,p/ everything.I could buy car for 2000, is it worth it ?,or should i look for something with less problems? Any help would be great, thanx and sorry i wrote so much, wanted to get whole picture.

RE: New and need some feedback
IF it has all that work done to it already then sounds like a good deal, but when you say it didnt have the plastic quadrant, was an aluminum piece in its place or there was nothign? I mean if there was nothing, you need that part haha. also if he put a napa clutch cable on it, then it should be adjustible to what you need to do. To get a better answer, take this to the 5.0 section and they will help you out!

On my 88 the piece just went on the 2 bars and adjusted on the bottom, i think. A nappa clutch cable is adjustable ? Were would i adjust it at ? I couldnt get a good look under there to see exactly what it had.
