Default New Girl in Town

Hi! I'm Desirae from south Louisiana. Picked up a '65 coupe back in November for $250. I've wanted one since I was about 13. Finally got my dream the day after my 26th birthday. Made a 10 hour round trip to Arkansas from Shreveport to get her. She's not much to look at right now, as you can tell from my siggy, but after some TLC from my hubby & dad (and some from me, too--I'll contributeas much as I can) she'll be a beauty!
I'll mostly be a lurker right now, gathering ideas, but I hope to be an active poster before long.

welcome, the classic section should give you some great tips for getting a start on restoring that beauty.

Welcome Desirae, heck of a deal, probably can't buy a set of original Mustang emblems for $250. Good luck on the resto-rod work.

welcome to the forum.
I'm from south Louisiana, but my husband is originally from the Shreveport area & my in-laws still live there.
