new guy 03 gt
new to the forum. bought a torch (pull me over) red 2003 mustang gt auto a few months back. this is my first mustang and im content with it for the most part. i love the torque and milage. i've madea 200 mile trip going no less than 120mph and still only burned a little more than a half tank. pretty impressed with that. the high if the car has worn off a bit for me but thats why im hear. you mustang guys are pretty die hard and seem to always find something to keep yourselves interested in the cars and what not. honestly i really really enjoyed the car for the first 2-3 weeks i had it when everything was new and turning donuts, drifting and topping the car out were still fun and new and all that. but now the cars just another car to me unless someone wants to race. being as how the car seems to be stock aside from the exhaust and possibly a chip or some such **** it does alright for the most part. i can run with or take most of the new mustangs off the line and ive taken a 05 saleen (possible driver error maybe). ive had the car up to the point where the speed-o needle is bending off of the limiter for a while. i've ran about 75 miles chasing an old man in an svt cobra through moderate traffic 110-120+mph. so pretty much im hear to shoot the **** and find all the cheap and quick little changes that make the car better than what it is from the factory. anything from these chin spoilers tothe down rev mods. if i was in a position to geta KB blower i would, but for now i'll have to settle for a bottle and cam at the most.
