1975 mustang
May go look at a 1975 Mustang. It is a one owner with approximately 30,000 miles on it. Was driven by an older lady. She passed away last year and the car has been sitting since. It would be a first car for my daughter who will be driving next summer. Would this make a good first car or would there be problems I should just stay away from.

RE: 1975 mustang
I like the car, but I personally wouldn't get it as a first car if I had a daughter. Newer cars have so many safety features such as suspension upgrades, airbags, better brakes, etc. that even the so-so ones would do better in an emergency situation for her. And though the newer cars total out easier when wrecked remember it is the car that is taking the brunt of the beating and not your daughter. I think it would be a good car for an experienced driver, or a builder if someone wanted to hotrod it.

I think the mustang II is a very reliable car as long as it 's been serviced correctly. If you want some more info on the 75 go to the mustang II network they can answer any questions you might have. This is my 78 king cobra.
