Welcome to the forum. My sugestion is to sell it and buy a nice '91 black GT convertible I have for sale....Just kidding, not about the convertible I have for sale but about selling yours. If the body is in good shape, no major rust, I would fix it. Drop a crate engine on it and build it the way you want it, of course if the $$$$ is there. Enjoy your Stang!!!!!

Well, you have already put some money into it, if you like it keep it and turn it into what you want. That's the best thing about a car like that, it doesn't matter what you do to it to make it the way you want it to be, never having to take into consideration warranty issues. BTW welcome

Keep it and for starters just rebuild the one you have.
Bore it .30 over
Mill and port the stock heads (huge improvement)
Install an E303 cam from FORD
and then some Long tubes and an H pipe.

Now you have a low to mid 300hp motor that makes almost equal torque and enough $$ left over for your body kit, wheels, tire and paint, instead of blowing several $k on a crate motor. Just my opinion...yeah I know
Have Fun no matter which way you decide to go.
