95 v6 mustang seized?
my friend has a 95 3.8 mustang 5spd and it has 200000mi on it. it has been extremely well maintained with oil changes every 2000 mi as well as ALL filters every 10000 mi today it was driven around 15 mi and parked. when it was driven this 15 mi, there were no signs of anything bad, it had good oil pressure, normal temp, nothin wrong, but when he went to start it, it just clunked. he made sure the battery was fully charged and still just clunk, so he attempted roll startin it in all gears and when the clutched was dumped, it would just lock the tires solid. this sounds like a seized engine to me. he also said at the same time this issue started, the Clifford alarm on the car started acting weird, which could just be coincidental seeing how if the alarm did have a starter interuptor, the engine will still turn over when roll starting. i would appreciate any feedback u may have. if anyone has any ideas or have heard of this before, PLEASE let me know asap. this car has a 500 mi trip to make in 2 days, so if cencus says engine, he needs at least a day to swap one. THANK YOU
