Default 2002 V6 Procharger - Fuel Pressure

2002 Ford Mustang 3.8LT,18,000 miles. I have just installed an ATI Procharger Supercharger and my fuel pressure was running 45-50 but now it is running 56psi. Seemed high so I replaced the regulator, it stayed 45-50 for a few runs and now back to 57. Can the vacuum from the Charger be breaking the diaphram in the regulator?
Is there a worry here of vaporization in the rail or could it cause any other danger? Should I install some sort of after market regulator?
Can I flash a program on my fuel chip for pressure specs?
