Just saying Hi
New Member here, Been spying long enough so Its time to make my appearance. Have lots of ideas for 06 GT, next project is to actually get the Hurst Billet shifter in and then set my sites on a shaker system. Hard not to go Beauty before Brawn though but either way she's going to get the five star treatmentn all the way. I look forward to conversing with you all. Until then thanks.

Awesome color choice - we have a windveil GT too - LOVE it, talk about a classy color... [sm=groupwave.gif]
Enjoy your mods - my brother just did both to his grabber orange GT by himself, if you plan on doing them yourself, i'd put you in touch with him... the shaker came out great. I thought he was nuts cutting the hole in the hood, etc... but he did it and saved a ton of money....

Pics are yet to come BTW thanks for the link I have been searching for a Windviel site for a while. I would like to attempt the shaker instal myself, just a scary thought cutting into the hood of my new car! Talk to you soon.

I'm thinking of Satin Silver Racing Stripes as soon as I decide between the Roush and Cervini ducktail spoilers. Only mods so far are simple, locking gas cap, custom shift **** for soon to be installed hurst shifter, chromed outlet plug and yes just got hands on oem 07 shelby powered by Ford badges. Just removed GT badges today, tried the rumored mayonaise technique for cleanup but I think I'm going to go get some goo gone. Felt there were better uses for the mayo (nothing dirty now)so I made a sandwich instead.
