Default Greetings from Texas

Hey everyone! I'm the owner of a brand new sleek, black '07 GT Stang. Had it for a month now and it is great, especially when I pulled up to a Viper at a red light and burned him.
At the moment I am really looking to up it's appearance; performance will have to come later when I have more money. Basically, I want to add a charcoal racing stripe down the center with silver pinstripes an inch away on each side and black rims. I seem to like the look of the stock rims being black but I don't know much about rims for that matter. I also would like to add a hood scoop and I don't know whether it is best to get that done before the other details or after when I have the money to increase performance.
I'm really new to this and I want to learn/know everything so I was hoping for some feedback, thoughts, ideas. As well, would anyone have an idea of how much this would all cost and the best way to go about doing them. I'm in Austin, Texas now and I go to college in Nashville, Tennessee. Looking forward to talking to ya'll. Thanks!!
