New member & brake question

Default New member & brake question

New here. Have a 83 Capri race car (SCCA ITB class). I see some early (79-81?) Mustangs/Capri's had aluminum rear brake drums. Were these any good? If so, may try and find some to help with brake cooling. Any help appreciated.

Thanks all. B/T/W, also have a 2000 V6, auto Mustang for sale. I'll post it in the classified. Located in SE Florida. In the autotrader now.
