Default new and alreday have a stereo problem

hello all, im royalty.

I have a problem so i'll go ahead and get it out of the way.

Hello all I have a serious problem and need your help.

I have a 99 windstar sel and it has a factory radio and directed flip-down w/ vcr hard wired into it. THe flip down came was in teh car when it was purchased.hI decided to put in a dvd player as well.

I purchased a power inverter and went about installing it.
While stripping the wires (red, black, yellow) my strippers hit a wire and the radio died (should've disconnected the batt. d'oh!)

So now heres whats wrong....
Radio will not cut on.
Auto sliding doors will not function
Key-fob not doing anything ( i disconnected the batt. for 10 mins, if that helps you)
and the directed system will not power on.

I looked for a blown fuse under the dash and they all look to be good i looked under the hood and they look to be good too.

HELP!!!!

Sorry, but it sounds like you have already tried everything I would have. If in fact the fuses are all good, I suppose it could be a relay? but that is really a shot in the dark. Someone more knowledgeable about the electrical system might be more helpful.

does it start? it sounds like you fried the ECM, they are very sensitive, and the only thing that would do all that at the same time is the ECM... if that is the problem thats going to be VERY expensive and you better be royalty to afford the repair.. sorry
