Default Temp sending unit and gauge troubleshooting.

Hello all, I have a 68 with a 302 and can't find what the resistance range should be for the temp sending unit or of course directly what the resistance woud be to drive the gauge between it's cold and hot marks.
Actually, has anyone heard of a sending unit that will drive the gauge as well as swith an electric fan on and off? Thanks

Check out the Classic's section. Lot of good folks there to help out.
