Hello Pony People

Another new guy here. So happy to have found the forums. Recently bought an 89 GT conv. Don't really know much about cars but would like to learn. Will have pictures soon. Car is very clean. Friends have said it was a steal. Got it from a 67 year old man who had it garaged for four years. Only 57k miles. Unfortunately I fishtailed today and now need a passenger side tailpipe. Mine is bent!!!!! Any suggestions? Is it something I can do myself? How much am I looking at? Also can anyone recommend any literature I can read to learn everything I possibly can about the maintenance of the car. Thanks all! It's nice to find people who worship Mustangs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey welcome to the forums, get a Chilton repair manual, you should be able to repair it yourself.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Appreciate the Chilton advice!!! Dbeck002 unfortunately its scraping on the ground, but its just the piece from the muffler out!
