I just got an 03 mustang with a V6 engine, 5 speed for my sixteenth birthday, and i was just wondering what would be the best thing i could do to it to get better gas milage and also a little more horsepower

Welcome, anytime you can make the exhaust and engine more free flowing, it will run better and be more efficient. Dont know where the switch for the lights are on you model.
