Ok, i am now at the other side, owning an A4 98' LS1 Z28. Ive had nothing but problems with it since i bought it, now im selling it. Had to rebuilt trans and rear end! Now ive heard mustangs have really strong rear ends, and decent transmission? Because i really want something reliable, and would a mustang be more reliable then an Fbody? Ls1 are known for spinning bearings also! If i got a mustang it would be a 99-04, now r they decently quick? I would only get stickshift as i am an AUTO now with crappy 2.73's. So coming from tht, would a stock 5sp mustang feel a hole lot slower, cuz honestly my car feels like a dog.!!? Do u think i would be very dissapointed w performance, cuz honestly i am only getting high 5's low 6's for my 0-60 in my LS1!!!
