Brand New to the Mustang World
Hello Everyone!!!
Retired from the Navy in '04, My daughter joined the "Nav" in '05 and my son joined in '07. Seems like all I can do is produce new sailors! After doin' my thing for the country and ensuring that my kids grew up to be productive citizens, my wife and I decided it was our turn to live. We traded the kid friendly Explorer Sport Trac in for an '07 GT convertible. 'Stang is completely loaded, I can never do anything half-assed. Its the dark charcoal/alloy or whatever Ford is calling it these days. Leather, Navigation system, stick (is there really any other way to go than with a 5 speed in these beasts???).....
I also drive a Suzuki Bandit 1200S so speed is no stranger. Graduate of the Dept of Transportation Emergency Vehicle Operator Course (EVOC) I think that I'll be OK. Did you guys know that the GT has the same engine as the Crown Vic PD cars?
Anyway, I look forward to interacting with all of you.

Welcome to the board. Please post some pictures when you can. I would love to have new GT, but I also ride a bike, its the newest toy. The 1200 bandit is a good sport/touring machine.
