Non Mustang owner Saying Hello, Just joined..

Hey guys, I know I'm not a Mustang owner or fan really, but my Girl friend just joined and "Really Really Really" wants one.. LOL.

I am the proud owner of a Subaru WRX.. Don't hate on my because I'm a "tuner" not a Muscle guy.. I am a car guy and have put a ton of Blood (Literally), Sweat, and tears into my car.. I started out with a 217hp (Crank) car and turned it intoa 550Awhp car.. I have hit a lot of snags along the way and stuck on one now.. I cracked a cylinder liner and am down for the moment.. If your interested check out my car...

Stuff I broke..

- Stock 5 Speed Gearset.. Less then 10 miles after the new Turbo install. LOL..

- Stock 2.0L Piston.. I had an Injector leak under boost, but not at idle..

- Don't know how I did it, but I broke a shift rail..

- Don't know how, but I crack a Cylinder Liner..

For all you Local guys that don't know about it. AlteredGas host an event call "FlashLight Drags".. They are 1/8 Mile - Heads UP - Run what you Brung style racing on a closed track. It's all about fun and good times.. I suggest you check it out if your interested.. They tend to have a nice turn out..

Well, I just made "1st Gear Memeber".. Have to say that I'm suprised that the majority of the guys that I've actually talked to on here are pretty cool. There isa lot of "Ricer" hate going on but hey, I"m a "Tuner" right.. LOL..

Welcome to the forums partner. You'll be alright here, as long as you are willing to learn and share your opinions, not impose them like some folks (they are the exception). Have never seen a busted cylinder or cracked head...wow.
