Also your basic mods I'd look up BBK, get like Pulley's or a Cold Air Fenderwell kit, engine compartment is a waiste of your engine enless you heat sheild it. Otherwise look into BBK Exhaust, or a Pypes CAT Back, the sounds are good, and provides decent improvements, maybe not as dramatic as a Foxbody exhaust replacement, but if you did a header, mid pipe, and cat back all at once you'd feel it.
Otherwise you won't feel much difference without doing multiple things at once. BBK is good for alot of your needs starting out, and their stuff is good for later build ons as well.
When you hit High end, if you go Supercharger I recommend Paxton, Kenne Bell, or Procharger (aka ATI) as well in no particular favouritism.
Otherwise I'd say looking into it, stroking and building up your motor may be the next big thing to do.
Synthetic oil will help alot for little things everywhere if you have the oppurtunity I highly recommend Royal Purple, this stuff has made my Pony alot more ready to handle my abuse.

Ohh and for Turbo's go to Hellion if you want Mustang Specific stuff, HP Turbo if you want full options or Twins.

DSS Racing is a good engine builder also, consider it if you ever shoot over 500hp
