I bought a 99 gt 5 speed 4.6. I want to put headers and exhaust. I understand long tube give more HP then shortys. If so, is the money difference worth it? Who makes the best headers for the car? I was told the headers will throw an engine code and I would need exhaust air sensors. Is this true? If so, what kind do I get and how much am I looking at for cost? How many HP will I gain with the exhaust system? What is the best performance "chip" for this situation? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
