Default Greetings from Bavaria

Hello,
Just an intro as perscribed bythe forum administrators. I am in the US Army, stationed in Bavaria, Germany and have a 2008 GT on order:
Silver Metallic, Premium Pkg, 5 Spd, HID, Black Stripes

Aftermarket Goodies to order soon after delivery:
GT500 Wheels w/Summer High Perf tires
Winter tires for stock 18" wheels
FRPP Brake Upgrade kit
FRPP Kompressor kit after break-in(to keep warranty on Car)
Suspension Upgrades: looking at several options
Watts linkage kit
Exhaust Improvements: several options

I will see how all this works out over the few months after the car arrives and I get it all installed.

I am looking to have a car that is a great blend of unique style(for Europe), power, and handling.

Shooting to make a few M3's, M5's, AMG's and RS Audi's take heed and move over. I believe with the right selection(and LOTS of research) of aftermarket parts, an S197 can be pretty competitive with the European Sports Sedans that are priced sometimes 3-4 times as much as a Mustang GT. I may be proven wrong, but I will have fun trying!!

I also am an avid Motorcyclist(BMW, Maico, Suzuki, Honda), and backcountry hiker, cyclist and climber. Love living in Europe, hope to retire next year and continue to live and work in Germany!!

Any advice on my car and its build up is greatly appreciated!!
