I'm anew memeber to the Mustang Forum, however I've been on the side line always looking and reading. I have a question if i may. My 2003 GT will hestitate on accel at times when in 1st or 2nd gear, it feels like the engine isstarving for gas. It happens when the engine is either cold or hot. Ford diagnostics determined there was no problem,no computer codes, etc. any assiatnce would be appriciated.Any suggestions? Anybody hear about this? ANy componets to check?
I also have a 1989 mustang and it RUNS great and ask my self why I bought this one...ARR........frustrated.

If your up for a tune up, say rotor cap, plugs/wires, and fuel filter do it and see if it helps.
My 88 mustang gt ran better after the above, then I did the timing and it was the hugest improvement, not saying your timing is off though and it does't sound like it.

Are you cutting your traction control off, if not it will activate temporarily stalling your car. Welcome to the forums.

Sometimes its something very basic. lol.

traction control can get on my nerves sometimes. (trying to spin my tires at the track withTC on. how embarassing [sm=oopssign.gif])
