428 scj rebuild

[align=left]I'm currently in the process of rebuilding my 428 SCJ engine and have several questions, which I hope you can possibly help me with.
(1) Cylinder heads- the heads are C8OE-6090-N
Do these heads use spring cups and or spring seats?
(2) In our move from Pa to Fl several engine items were lost and need to be replaced.
-Fuel Pump Eccentric with cam bolt and washer
-Cam thrust plate and retaining screws and lock washers
-Crankshaft oil slinger
-Baffle oil galley (I have the cast iron manifold)
-Back of the block plate between the block and the bellhousing
-Oil filter adaptor C8AE-6881-A
-Where can I get these parts and if you know the part# and the cost.
- I plan on a new hydraulic camshaft and to use the 1.76 ratio adjustable rocker arms. This will be a street application. I would appreciate a cam recommendation and the pushrod length for this application.
-P.S.-when using the B8A6564B Adjustible rocker arms do you still use the B8AZ6563D Hydraulic rocker shafts, and where can I get 2 new ones and at what cost?
-What would be the preferred method for valve adjustment?
Any and all help would be appreciated.
After this rebuild I will be back and request your help in finding a car.
Thank You JPM
