Hello, folks, I'm a rather large Mustang Nut from Corpus Christi, TX, and I figured I'd join up to see what was goin' on here.
My 'Stang is a 2002 GT, Mineral Gray, and though it looks stock (and slightly beat up)outside, it most definitely is not.
Modifications include:
K&N Cold Air
Hypertech Power Programmer
BBK Underdrive Pulleys
Professional Products Upper Plenum
BBK 75mm Throttle Body
MSD Blaster Coil Packs
BBK Catted X-Pipe
SLP Loudmouth Catback
Ford Racing 3.73 Gears
Steeda Triax Shifter
Whitefaced Gauges & A/C Face
Bullitt Pedals and Shift ****
Soon (very soon): BBK Shorty Headers
Best time (bone stock) 14.6@97mph, San Antonio Raceway, Marion TX. In July. In 100+ heat.
I only ran it once afterwards. All I had was the Cold Air and Programmer, and I couldn't get it to hook up, so I didn't better my time. I plan on participating in True Street at Fun Ford Weekend in Houston, TX this year, so maybe I can get a new time then.
My poor 'Stang has been through hell with my driving style, but is still going strong, even though it just turned 100K miles.
